Earlier today, I attended the Asian–African Business Networking Event (AACCI) in Victoria Island, Lagos. At some point during the conversations, it really sank in… the scale of opportunity across Nigeria and Africa is still largely untapped. When Dr. Akintoye spoke about the volume of transactions SMEs handle annually on their platform, I found myself paying closer attention. It sparked a different level of interest for me. Beyond the insights, what stood out was the quality of people in the room. Builders. Problem-solvers. People tackling real challenges entrepreneurs face, from access to capital to energy and more. It made me realize this is a space I need to be in. It was definitely worth attending, and I would recommend this platform to anyone looking to grow their business through meaningful partnerships. Thank you Dr. Akintoye and your team for putting this together. I genuinely enjoyed connecting and meeting some remarkable people.
